A Triumphant Return

The ideal day trip for big and little boys is finally back. The USS Intrepid left the Hudson River two years ago for a little R&R and a facelift. It just returned and opened its doors to the public on November 8. My son Jack was two when they hauled it away on barges - just nearing the age when he would have enjoyed a day trip to the museum.
